Rosewood Park Pool Opens Tomorrow – May 1st!

We’re thrilled to announce that the Rosewood Park Community Pool officially opens tomorrow, May 1, and will remain open through September 30. Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, so there’s plenty of time to soak up the sun and enjoy the water this summer!

Pool Rules at a Glance

We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience at the pool. Please take a moment to review the full 2025 Pool Rules (PDF), and keep these high-level guidelines in mind:

  • No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
  • No glass containers, alcohol, or smoking/vaping.
  • Proper swimwear is required; no street clothes.
  • No diving, rough play, or excessive noise.
  • Please clean up after yourself and be courteous of others.
  • Access is limited to residents and their guests only.
  • Each household may bring up to 4 guests at a time.
  • Residents must be at least 18 years old to bring guests, and must remain present with them at all times.

New Season, New Pool Furniture – A Total Refresh!

We’re incredibly excited to share that the Board has approved a full set of brand-new, commercial-grade pool furniture—designed for comfort, durability, and style. This project reflects one of the most consistent resident requests we’ve received, and we’re thrilled to finally bring this vision to life.

Here’s what’s coming to the pool deck:

  • 18 Chaise Lounge Chairs – White-framed with breathable, fade-resistant blue marine-grade sling fabric. Lightweight, sturdy, and adjustable.
  • 12 Dining Tables with 48 Chairs – White steel frames with acrylic tops; chairs are stackable with matching blue sling fabric.
  • 10 Pool Umbrellas with Matching Bases – Blue umbrellas with white trim, crank-lift operation; 35 lb. white bases with 10-inch stems.

We’ve grown the layout from 6 tables to 10, and we’re going a step further to enhance the shaded areas. The picnic table under the cabana will be removed and replaced with two more dining tables and eight chairs. This brings us to a total of 12 tables and 48 chairs, in addition to the 18 chaise lounges and 10 umbrellas.

The entire furniture set is commercial-grade and backed by a 5-year warranty. Delivery is expected by June 1.

Landscaping & Poolside Touches

Our landscaping company is currently working on a pine straw refresh and fine-tuning the greenery around the pool area to create a more polished and inviting environment.

Upcoming Community Pool Event

We’re also excited to share that we’re in the early stages of planning a community event at the pool! The HOA Board will be meeting with our Social Committee Chair to start the planning process, with a tentative date of Saturday, May 25. More details will be shared soon.

Ongoing Pool Area Improvements

  • New signage is being installed for the bathroom doors, pump room, and storage room.

We’re so proud of the transformation taking place at the pool. Between the new furniture, fresh landscaping, updated signage, and a newly painted cabana, summer 2025 is shaping up to be something truly special. We look forward to seeing neighbors reconnect, families gather, and residents enjoy the refreshed space all season long.
