NOTE: Due to the size of the pool and number of homeowners in the community, reservations must be made to host a pool party. The pool is available for pool parties to homeowners in good standing.

There is not a separate area for parties, so times and size of party are limited so that they do not impact other homeowners’ normal use of tables, chairs, and the pool during regular hours. The cabana area and metal table will be the only place reserved for you.

The cost to host a party is $85.00. Checks should be made payable to Rosewood Park Community Association and must be paid to Douglas Property Management prior to the day of the party.

A $100 refundable deposit is also required to ensure clean up after the party.

Checks are payable to Rosewood Park Community Association and can also be given to Douglas Property Management. If all is cleaned up after the party, they will refund you the $100 deposit.

Guidelines

Parties are limited to a maximum of 15 guests and may take place during regular pool hours.

Pool reservation hours are 9:00am through 9:00pm.

Parties are limited to a length of 2 hours. These 2 hours include the amount of time your guests may use the pool.

All guests must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older, from the household hosting the party during use of pool areas.

All parties must have prior approval through Douglas Property Management.

All normal pool rules must be followed when you schedule a pool party. Failure to comply with rules may result in suspension of your pool privileges and enforcement of applicable fines.
