Why This Matters

The addition of two more Board members strengthens our ability to address the needs of the community by:

  • Increasing Representation: More voices on the Board mean better representation for all members of our HOA.
  • Improving Responsiveness: With more people to share responsibilities, we can address issues more efficiently and effectively.
  • Encouraging Innovation: Fresh perspectives bring new ideas to help our neighborhood thrive.

We believe this expansion sets us up for success by fostering a stronger, more collaborative HOA Board that works tirelessly for the good of our community.

Looking Ahead

As we welcome Andy and Janine to the Board and thank Rhonda for stepping into her role as Secretary, we also look forward to working with all of you—our neighbors—to continue improving Rosewood Park. Together, we can achieve even greater things for our community.

Thank you for your support, and please join me in congratulating Andy, Janine, and Rhonda on their new roles!

Warm regards,
Shawn Janes
