New “SLOW DOWN” Signs Installed to Protect Our Families and Pets

We’re excited to share that the long-awaited “Slow Down – Kids and Pets at Play” signs have now been installed throughout Rosewood Park!

This initiative came directly from resident feedback—especially from parents—who voiced concern about speeding through the neighborhood. While the board initially approved one sign, conversations with more families made it clear that additional signage was necessary to promote safety and peace of mind.

✅ We’ve now installed five signs at key locations:

  • Pool Common Area (pictured)
  • Garland Rose Lane – cul-de-sac #1
  • Garland Rose Lane – cul-de-sac #2
  • Inspiration Lane – cul-de-sac #1
  • Inspiration Lane – cul-de-sac #2

Each sign was selected not only for its visibility and message but also for its ability to blend seamlessly into our community’s existing aesthetic. The green-and-white design is both effective and attractive—fitting beautifully into the landscaping and architecture of Rosewood Park.

🚗 A Friendly Reminder to All Residents:
As we head into warmer weather, more children are outside playing, more neighbors are walking dogs, and more families are enjoying the pool. Please drive slowly and remain alert anytime you’re moving through the community. Safety starts with each of us.

This is another great example of how resident input leads to real improvements. Thank you to the many neighbors who raised their voices—we heard you, and we’re grateful for your engagement and care.

Let’s continue making Rosewood Park a safe, beautiful, and connected place to call home.
